Data transfer and data protocol for intrasystem and statistical purposes
Due to technical requirements, your browser automatically transports data to our web server, whenever you visit our website. These are, among others, date and time of your visit, your type and version of browser, your system software as well as your IP-address. These data is secured seperately from data you may submit during your visit of our website. A precise attribution of these data to a certain person is impossible. They will be collected for statistical purposes based on Section 6 Subparagraph 1 Lit. F) of the GDPR, analysed and subsequently deleted.
Analysis of usage by Matomo (formerly Piwik)
In order to optimise our website for future usage, we use the web analysis tool Matomo. For this purpose, Matomo stores a Cookie. Cookies are text files stored on the user’s computer system by the internet browser. It enables us the analysis of your usage of our website. It is not possible to attribute the hereby collected data to any distinct person. The noted IP-address is shortened immediately in order to prevent attribution to any distinct device. After temporarily securing the shortened IP-address for the purpose of analysis of user behaviour it will be deleted completely.
For future usage of our website, you can prevent tracking by Matomo by the Opt-out option below. Do not check the box if you wish not to be tracked. In this case, another cookie (so-called Opt-out Cookie) is stored in your browser. It prevents Matomo from storing any data of your user behaviour in the future.
You also have the option of letting Matomo know that you do not wish to be tracked by adjusting your browsers settings accordingly (“Do not track”). Matomo respects this setting.
